Abstract

The strains B3/73,M3/73 and pTi214 of Agrobacterium tumefaciens were used for in fection of Solanum nigrum and teratomes were obtained. The calluses and plantlets were differentiated from tumor tissues in the aux in-free MS medium.Cell-lines were established in the liquid medium. The presence of nopaline in calluses and in cell-lines was verified. The activity of NPDH in S olanum nigrum verified the integration and expression of nopaline synthetic enzy me gene in the genome of Solanum nigrum L.
