Journal of Genetics and Genomics (JGG) is now inviting submissions for a special issue (to be published in February 2022) on the topics of ‘Metabolism’. Dr. Feng Liu, from University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, USA, and Dr. Xun Huang, from Institute of Genetics and Developmental Biology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China, are the guest editors for this issue.

Submissions of original Research/Resource articles reporting new findings/methods and forward-looking Review papers on the following topics (but not limited to these) are welcome:

• Metabolism in Health and Disease

• Immunometabolism

• Metabolism and Aging

• Central Regulation of Metabolism

The portfolio will be open for incoming manuscripts until September 30, 2021. Accepted submissions will be published free of charge.

All manuscripts will undergo standard peer review and should be submitted through JGG's online submission system (https://www.editorialmanager.com/jgg). Please indicate ‘Special Issue on Metabolism’ clearly in the cover letter.
